RAYDEAN manufactures SOLAR HIGH MAST systems up to 12 meters height. Solar high mast systems are designed to address the problem of ARENA lighting in remote areas where running a solitary electrical cable may not be feasible and conventional solar street lighting poles upto 6 meters height are exposed to many risks such as vandalism and maintenance issues.

RAYDEAN’s Solar high mast systems are equipped with solar panels, storage batteries ( VRLA / LEAD-GEL / LITHIUM FERRO PHOSPHATE ) , MPPT CHARGE CONTROLLERS and SMART LED FLOOD LIGHTING SYSTEMS. Configuration of SPV modules and storage batteries depends on the requirement of LIGHT LEVELS and COVERAGE area.

  • In house designing of systems to withstand 180 Kmph wind velocity.
  • Very rugged raising and lowering mechanism comprising of type-tested winches, pulleys, suitable SS 316 wire ropes, and weather-resistant pulleys.
  • Hot dip galvanized finish.
  • RCC foundation design provided with mast systems.
  • IP 66 LED flood lights and IP 65 Charge controllers.
  • Optional remote monitoring systems (GSM/GPRS/BLUETOOTH)
  • Easy to install and maintain.
