Fabrication Plant and Machinery
It was a humble begining with two basic Lathe Machines, Arc Welding Set and a Drilling Platform. We had dreams in our eyes and intent in our hearts to churn our quality products. Today, Raydean had started accumulating state-of-art machinery for every process to fulfill our customer's requirements. We would strive to establish one of the most modern and backwardly integrated iron and steel fabrication facilities.
Hot Dip Galvanising Unit
Two years ago, Raydean Industries decided to set up a state-of-the-art GALVANIZING plant at Bagru Industrial estate, on the outskirts of Jaipur. The first phase of the plant was activated in the month February 2020 with a six-meter bath and the second phase was activated with a four-meter bath, with a capacity to Galvanize approximately 120 MT of steel every day.
Design and Development
From mounting small 40 Wp Solar Module Mounting Structures in rural landscapes to 400 MWp utility-scale installations, the most negotiated components are price, specifications and quality. The challenge in steel fabrication is it can be done with minimal man and machine infrastructure as well. To evolve designs which are practically feasible to implement in any kind of project, and also to ensure that the products meet the specified standards, requires a very practical approach. While it is not only the fabricated metal which matters in withstanding the weather conditions of an installation, a crucial role is played by civil works involved in the same. Providing a good foundation will lead to strengthening the overall design, but normally it is not the jurisdiction of the fabricator to execute civil works. Therefore the entire design philosophy should be modeled on understanding the modalities of the installation.
Raydean continues to evolve the design of its products based on customer feedback, the nature of the soil in a particular area, handling of equipment by different strata of customers, and environmental conditions that a particular product has to weather. For example, a water pumping structure installed in ravines of Kerala, would behave entirely differently from the one installed in Himachal Pradesh. Although the standards implemented to design both are usually the same. With its rich experience and a vast portfolio of products, Raydean is able to innovate continuously for all its discerning customers eagerly, so that global quality can actually be delivered at prudent pricing for one and all.
