Established in 2008, Raydean Industries is a leading player in the structures industry with a keen focus on innovation and optimization. We are one of the leading companies in the Engineering Product Segment with 20+ years of domain expertise.
We differentiate our offerings with high-quality but cost-effective solutions for Solar Structures and telecom towers sector. In recent years we have gained a great deal of expertise by working for various clients in manufacturing industry.
With a rock-solid foundation in structural engineering, we offer end-to-end solutions, starting with designing, manufacturing, and supply. Our solar module mounting structures and a wide repertoire of towers are manufactured as per international standards used in the Indian and Global industry.
Our in-house design capabilities and customized solutions give a unique advantage to our customers to optimize their infrastructure assets operations.
Ours is a fully equipped unit having CNC C & Z Roll forming machines, CNC Shearing machine, CNC Bending machine, CNC Plasma cutting, gas cutting, MIG welding, Arc welding, power presses, Milling, drilling, radial drilling facilities etc. with an in-house tool room.
At present our facilities are spread over an area of 150000 sq. ft area where RAYDEAN churns out high quality fabricated steel products. Apart from the above area for fabrication facilities another 27000 sq. ft is occupied by the galvanizing bath. A total of 6000 sq. ft also goes for into accommodating senior members of Raydean family.
Till Now Raydean Has Supplied More Than 7,50,000 Solar Water Pumping Systems, 1 GWp Roof Top Solar Module Mounting Structures and 40,000 Solar Water Tank Structures.
At present we have a capacity of manufacturing 3800 MT per month, in which we do approximately 10 MWP of roof top SPV mounting structures per month.
At present we have a capacity of galvanizing 3800 MT per month.

Solar Water Pumping Structures: With your trust, we have supplied over 200,000 solar water pumping structures this year, contributing to a cumulative total of 750,000 structures. These installations empower communities, enhance agricultural productivity, and conserve precious water resources.
Solar Energy Solutions: Our ground-mounted and rooftop solar structures have made a significant impact. We proudly announce that we delivered 1,500 MWp of solar structures this year, adding to our impressive portfolio of 3,000 MWp installed across various projects. These solar arrays not only generate clean energy but also reduce our carbon footprint.
National Schemes: Raydean Industries actively participates in national initiatives such as the PM Kusum Yojana and the Jal Jivan Mission. By harnessing solar energy and promoting water conservation, we contribute to a greener, more resilient India.
